Hi I’m Billy, founder of MyProBody. I have been involved and interested in sports, fitness, physic and nutrition since I was a boy.
Over the years I have been involved in several sports and I have always been passionate about getting the best performance out of my body, after many ups and downs, I have come to learn that putting the best fuel in gets the best results out. I am continually learning and trying to improve on my nutrition, fitness, physic and performance. I believe that there is always room for improvement.
The sports that I am passionate about now and continually striving to preform at my best are; rock climbing, mountaineering, Skiing, swimming and calisthenics. This requires me to keep my body performing at its best, which involves a combination of exercise, healthy eating and verity of quality supplements.
another reason my health and physical fitness is important to me is for my family. I have a beautiful fiancé and three amazing children, who keep me very active! Staying healthy, supple and quick on my feet is a must!
WHY I WANT TO HELP PEOPLE
I know how confusing it can be figuring out how to achieve your health and physic goals, trying to figure out what the best diet plan, the best exercise routine or what supplements are best, where to buy them and what ones are best for your goals.
I have spent years trying out different exercise routines, different nutrition plans, searching and testing different supplements to find the best for all different goals. I have also watched friends and family around me struggling with all different types of health and physic goals, from loosing weight to gaining muscle mass. I want to provide as much advice and help make it easier for people to be as healthy as they can be.
THE GOAL OF MY SITE
It can become very overwhelming and frustrating trying to work out what plan is best for you and how to achieve your goals, to save you the frustration of searching and trying out all the different diets, supplements and suppliers out there, I will share as much of my experience and knowledge as I can, I will also have guests who have achieved their goals and will share with you how they done it.
